    Job Description

    • Register the PPAP parts, send the parts for measurement, prepare and verify the documentation and upload the documents on the customer's portal (if applicable) or send the documentation via e-mail;
    • Coordinate the activity of approving new / relocated products;
    • Manage complaints (registration of complaints, starting the process of solving problems, informing the customer about the results and countermeasures);
    • Moderate the 8D process (ensure the methodology / schedule the 8D meetings / compliance with 2-14-60-180 days rule);
    • Regularly check the customer's portals and in case of deviations / changes send the information to the affected departments;
    • Participate in meetings with external customers;
    • Participate in working groups, ensuring the correct information of the internal / external customer;
    • Check the documentation in order to release the line / product;
    • Participate in YOKOTEN / IPN / KPI meeting;
    • Monitor non-conformity reports, follow-up of corrective actions implementation (internal claims, opening a QI in SAP);
    • Assure that correct information is shared with the customer in regards of quality incidents;
    • Assure transparency concerning incidents and problem solving processes inside the plant and also in IPN;
    • Lock / un-lock parts in SAP
    • Participate in internal audits
    • Participate in stop board / concession meetings
    • Monitors Q-KPI in own area of activity
