    Continental aims to building up a Service Center for Learning, supporting internal customers globally to develop and deploy efficient and high quality learning items. Within your role as a Learning Designer in the Service Center Learning you will be responsible for:



    * Consulting internal customers on how to translate their learning objectives into effective learning items (focus on online learning items);
    * Creating engaging, high quality learning activities and compelling course content in specific authoring tool (Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, etc);
    * Working with (Subject Matter) Experts (SMEs) and Learning Experts designing learner-centric solutions;
    * Applying state-of-the-art instructional design theories, practice and methods following Continental's Learning Philosophy and Design Process Visualization of instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product;
    * Becoming an active member of Continental's Learning Community;
    * Supporting purchasing process with external design vendors, if applicable.


    * Academic degree in Educational Science, Human Resources, Information Technology, Communication Science, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field in training development;
    * Working experience in instructional design and with authoring tools (e.g. Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, etc.)
    * Ideally experience working in a fast-paced environment;
    * Ideally experience with a Learning Management System (preferably SAP SuccessFactors);
    * Visual design skills (e.g. Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard are an advantage;
    * Good knowledge of MS Office 365;
    * Advanced English level.
