Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey. Your profile as a Project Manager:



· Education: Bachelor of Science in project management, engineering or related technical field required

· Experience: Three to Six years’ experience in Automotive Industry product development with at least two years of project management experience

· Language: English proficiency required, Spanish, or German is a plus

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Ability to lead and motivate others

· Experience with SAP, Microsoft Project and MS Office

Your tasks as a Project Manager:

Manage without the need for significant direction, projects within the business unit in accordance with ZF's new product introduction management process requirements ;

Manage the customer interface from award through post launch phases;

Interface with all areas affected by the project, ensure successful integration of all project work products;

Balance the competing demands of scope, time and cost while achieving the highest quality and stakeholder/customer satisfaction levels;

Monitor progress of projects through internal reviews, participate in team meetings and assist where needed, resolve escalated issues internally and with the customer ;

Support existing programs that have major changes directed by the customer and participate in VAVE cost reduction activities;
