Software Integration Testing Team Leader

Studies:

Bachelor’s degree (related to electrical or electronic engineering, embedded SW, controls, computer science, physics) or experience in software integration testing or software testing.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in software integration testing or software testing (preferably in automotive industry) or good knowledge in programming languages (particularly in C programming language);

Experience with Vector Tool Suite (CANape, CANoe, vFlash);

Experience with microcontrollers and on target debugging (Lauterbach Trace32, iSystem - winIdea);

Experience with AUTOSAR Standard, Automotive SPICE, ISO26262, ISO29119;

Knowledge in PC-based software development for identifying/ implementing automation solution (BATCH Scripting, Python, MS INI Files - Configuration Files) is a plus;

Build process knowledge is a plus.

Language:
Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)

What will you do:

Lead and coordinate the Software Integration Test Team;

Define strategies and plans for own Team, based on Group and Department strategy
Plan, track and evaluate the development activities in own Team to meet the deadlines;

Ensure the required quality level over the integration testing process;

Facilitate the communication channel with external partners (SWPM, SWTM, Customer, other Teams);

Keep contact with other Teams for knowledge sharing;

Act as technical coach for the Team Members;

Increase the knowledge / skill set of the Team Members;

Evaluate the performance and potential for the Team Members;

Actively take part in staffing activities for own Team;

Estimate Team's needs in terms of equipment, traveling, training.
