Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey. - Bachelor’s degree (related to software engineering, embedded software, informatics, electrical or electronic engineering);

- Previous experience in Test Management/ Project Management/ Project coordination roles (at least 2 years);

- Relevant experience in embedded software testing;

- ISTQB certification would be a plus;

- Self-motivated and motivating others, people oriented;

- Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills;

- Knowledge of automotive standards and automotive experience would be a plus;

- Good communications skills and good English skills (German is a plus).

- Planning, tracking implementation, monitoring and control for the software test deliverables inside an active safety project;

- Makes sure that the required software tests per project steps are completed, test results are reviewed and reported and the release recommendation is given;

- Responsible for the software test activities of the global braking engineering product;

- Consolidates software test strategies, plans and supports their implementation;

- Coordination of the various software test departments in the release processes;

- Defined customer interface with respect to the software testing activities. Interface with all the other ZF disciplines in regard to software testing topics;

- Implementation and follow up for the standard process in the project under responsibility.
