Team Leader Cockpit Electronics

• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable degree
• Good experience in developing, integrating or testing automotive ECUs
• Strong knowledge in dealing with automotive bus systems like APIX, CAN, FR, Ethernet
• Good technical understanding of the functionality of automotive display systems, cockpit electronics
• Knowhow of automotive OEMs and their product development plans as well as experience in problem management and supplier tracking
• Experience in project lead and membership of cockpit electronics is of advantage
• Strong competence in analyzing and solving problems as well as generating concepts
• Advanced English knowledge is a must.
• Knowledge of German Language is considered a plus
• Previous experience with software development or testing projects is considered a plus especially with embedded or automotive software

• Coordination and Leadership of the Cockpit electronics team
• Development and expansion of the existing team including resource planning and building up new competences
• Enhancement of processes, methods and quality assurance
• Assuming responsibility for project leadership roles and involvement in initiatives
• Execution of smoke and validation tests of functions, ECUs and Sensors at the HIL test bench
• Autonomous analysis of occurred faults and examination of test results
• Responsible of communication and coordination with customers and project partners
• Monitoring of final theses
