Job Description:
* Offer support for implementing working procedures in order to meet quality standards.
* Ensure quality and in time delivery of results within the agreed framework.
* Check and control quality standards within his area of responsibility.
* Responsible for making estimations and planning the execution of activities and tasks in order to meet due dates. Assign tasks to team members.
* Ensure that calibration and maintenance of equipments and machines is done on a regular basis.
* Responsible for training and on the job support for the new staff colleagues, technical coaching of team members in order to obtain expected project results.
* Gives input to the direct superior regarding training needs, behavior and performance of the employees in his team.
Job Requirements:
* Knowledge of needed software tools and programs;
* Knowledge of standard processes;
* English knowledge;
* Min 3 years work experience in the electronic, mechanic or test field;
* At least 1 year experience in coordinating activities.
