▪ University Degree in Technical field;
▪ Several years of experience in the field (Automotive);
▪ Good knowledge of MS-Office;
▪ Advanced knowledge of English;
▪ Communication and teamwork skills;
▪ Process oriented thinking and very good analytical skills.

▪ Collect information from employees about optimization proposals;
▪ Is the administrator of the internal portal with ideas for improvement;
▪ Follow the implementation of validated proposals;
▪ Participate in the arrangement of notice boards (e.g.:visual management);
▪ Responsible for the implementation and observance of the 5S;
▪ Training of collaborators on 5S and TPM topics;
▪ Carrying out 5S and TPM audits and preparing specific documentation. Preparation of informative notes following the audits and their transmission to the involved departments.
