Operations Project Manager (E-mobility Industry)

▪ Technical studies (Industrial Engineering/ IT - preferred);
▪ Experience in a similar position in the area of digital transformation (SAP modules, logistic systems, PLM);
▪ Good knowledge of MS Office package;
▪ Advanced knowledge of English - must;
▪ Analytical skills, ability to work in a team and communication skills;
▪ Willingness for business trips.

▪ Build up an internal and external digital transformation network;
▪ Reporting & Follow up of main gaps of the digital core (MES, SAP, PLM), which are root cause for productivity loses;
▪ Managing and developing the SAP process partner community including Logistics Systems (e.g. MES) Key Users & PLM Key Users;
▪ Continuous development and implementation of the Dräxlmaier digitalization strategy and roadmap;
▪ Act as interface between involved internal / external areas (e.g. coordinate appointments, prioritize and escalate resource bottlenecks and conflicts between line organization and project organization etc.);
▪ Create and check project reports and presentations, as well as project conclusion documentation;
▪ Responsible to align and coordinate IT Infrastructure related activities with local IT Management and Central IT Infrastructure Governance;
▪ Cooperate in optimizing/ developing processes, systems and methods; conduct lessons learned reviews etc.
