    Cerinte

    • Has 3-5 years of experience working in Accounting in a Consulting, Reporting, Audit, Controller position;

    • Excellent knowledge of Romanian taxes, VAT;

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian;

    • Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);

    • Ability to employ a consultative approach in dealing with clients and partners;

    • Graduated from a Finance / Accounting university;

    • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, others) is a plus.

    Responsabilitati

    • Implement tax-related solutions for Romanian companies and multi-national orporations, delivered through simple SAP add-ons (e.g., for SAF-T compliance) or by the means of full-fledged tax compliance and reporting products (e.g., for e-Invoicing, e-Archiving);
    • Participate in the pre-implementation, business development phase, helping gather clients’ business requirements;
    • Perform hands-on product implementation, including localization, configuration, testing and post-implementation support;
    • Offer consulting services to clients, answering complex tax related questions;
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects;
    • Fulfil the role of project manager, managing client expectations, driving client deliverables, and exercising scope control to ensure project completes on schedule;
    • Effectively communicate with and manage the firm’s eco-system of international, multi-cultural partners;
    • Develop and maintain strong functional and technical product knowledge;
    • Conduct effective training and product demonstration calls with clients, usually emotely;
    • Perform research on various companies, industry sectors, technical tax matters;
    • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with peers, the firm’s anagement, the firm’s partners and client personnel.
