    Qualifications

    Who you are:

    • You have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields;
    • You have at least 2 years of experience;
    • You can work with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level;
    • You have previous experience in working with order management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.);

    You would be a perfect match to our team if:

    • You have problem solving skills;
    • You have a systematic, organized and precise working style;
    • You have an independent and pro-active working style;
    • You have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
    • You have good communication skills;
    • You have the ability to work in team (including virtual teams);

    The languages you should know:

    • English - a good level is mandatory
    • German  - nice to have

    Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

    • You will be providing administrative support to projects under the direction of project management professionals in an international environment;
    • You will monitor and actively align between different stakeholders of sample order management;
    • You will be assuring the necessary transparency by monitoring and regular reporting of budget situation in projects and development account;
    • You are going to update and structure the project data and assure the proper transfer of all necessary documents and information between Project Manager and Acquisition Manager;
    • You will be organizing regular project meetings and supporting the Project Manager in daily tasks;
    • You are going to align the project information and documents with all stakeholders.
