Internship for IT - Junior Support - IT (TM)

The IT Junior Support will be responsible for the operation and support of the Windchill systems from Continental Automotive and ContiTech supporting the Product Data Management processes for:

* Creo, Catia, UG NX, SolidWorks and Zuken Data Management
* Component Life Cycle Management (CLMS)
* Electronic Component Management
* Product Structure and BOM Management.
* Engineering Change and Release Management
* User support for Windchill systems
* Account Creation and Access Rights management
* Processing service subscription removal requests
* Create Knowledgebase articles
* Maintain internal websites, blogs and wikis"

Job Requirements

* Strong communication and customer focus skills
* Very good command of spoken and written English
* Well organized person, proactive, methodic, rigorous
* Knowledge of working with CAD Applications (Creo, Catia, Zuken, Solidworks, UG NX) is a plus
