    Description du poste

    • Handling Treasury Accounts for France Team - reconciliations and clearing on aged items.
    • Daily communication with Client Local Team.
    • Handling efficient query management process via E-Mail, understanding the request raised by the client and provide proper resolution as per the procedures in place;
    • Ensure that all tasks are prioritized as per the SLA's agreed.
    • Assignation of daily tasks per different categories, urgency and requirements received from direct supervisor;
    • Daily reports to be conducted as per deadlines.
    • Monthly reporting
    • Escalate to supervisor any discrepancies in order to deliver customer satisfaction.
