For our client, a BPO company located in Cluj-Napoca, we are looking for Customer Specialists.

- Basic knowledge about technology
- C1 level of German + good command of English (both written and spoken)

- Receives inbound calls from end customers, emails, and messages
- Identifies the client's needs correctly and offers the necessary support
- Provides prompt and accurate feedback to the client, depending on the nature of the resolution and the client's availability
- Cooperates with the hierarchical superiors or with the other departments to solve customer requests
- Makes follow-up and schedule calls to client
