    Job role
    In this role you will provide comprehensive support and guidance for various projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create top quality work products, e.g. for KPI dashboard or the decision log, an onboarding documentation or a lessons learned overview
    • Actively contribute towards improving deliverables, processes and structure Reporting
    • Anticipate and respond to ad hoc project needs (tasks, processes)
    • Preparing presentations on management level
    • Own meetings scheduling and preparation from a content perspective
    • Manage workload of activities in alignment with project manager
    • Stakeholder management
    • Act as SPoC for team questions on the contract, time cards, and other engagement-related topics
    • Facilitate access to the communication channels (Teams, team call)
    Requirements:
    • Very good written and oral English and German skills
    • Previous experience working on Project(PMO or PM)
    • Good communication skills
    • Good organizational skills
    • Quick perception
    • Accurate and reliable way of working
    • Attention to detail

    Skills
    • Proficient use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Ability to prioritize, estimate time requirements and meet deadlines
    • High motivation to manage and finalize tasks in a complex environment
    • Enjoys working in a distributed team
