    Job role

    Responsible and accountable for the accurate and timely monthly billing and AR accounting activity for all Allianz Technology SE  client. This role will also be the point of contact and take action to provide support on billing and/or AR related queries to all stakeholders. The AR/Billing Specialist will also provide required regular reporting to the relevant parties.

    Responsibilities

    • Accounts reconciliations (e.g.  customer accounts, interim accounts, clearing all items in FEBAN, clarifying difference)
    • Participation at the preparation of monthly/quarterly and year end closing (IFRS/HGB) in accordance with the Allianz Technology SE reporting calendars
    • Processing of transfer and refunds for vendors e.g. credit notes or wrong payments
    • Posting incoming payments through SAP transaction FEBAN
    • Conduct monthly billing run activity in a timely and accurate manner;
    • Responsible and accountable for credit note process;
    • Act as point of contact and partner with all stakeholders to provide support for billing/O2I related questions, and/or resolve inconsistencies and errors;
    • Responsible for providing solutions and support for new O2I tool and existing billing SharePoint;
    • Own and manage the billing and O2I general mailboxes and timely action pending requests from stakeholders;
    • Responsible for minor master data changes such as name, address or email address of the customer, ship to party;
    • Coordination with the Accounting Billing team in Munich for billing and payment run activities;
    • Develop and maintain FAQ documentation for the billing queries and solutions implemented;
    • Contact person for billing relating topics e.g. accounts status/open items, AVIS/WHT reconciling
    • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders;
    • Develop and maintain billing process documentation;
    • Coach and train new colleagues, as required.

    Requirements
    • Good knowledge of AR Processes
    • Experience in Microsoft Office tools (Excel mandatory);
    • Fluent in English, good communication skills (German or another European language is a plus).
    • University degree in economics, finance or related field
    • Good understanding and knowledge of Financial Process (AR and Billing process)
    • 3+ years of experience in AR activity;
    • Good experience with SAP FI accounting systems
    • SharePoint knowledge.
