    Cerinte

    Excellent technical knowledge of SAP Success Factors especially Employee Central;
    Awareness of other HR systems both HRIS systems and add-on products which may interface with the core system;
    Good understanding of people processes and how these are translated into technical configurations;
    Strong commitment to data integrity and good understanding of the methods and activities aligned to ensure the data structure in an HR system is monitored, maintained and updated;
    Excellent communication skills;
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
    Has a desire to run workshops and train colleagues.

    Responsabilitati

    Working with the Generalist HR team to provide support in relation to SAP SuccessFactors e.g. first/second line technical queries, system enhancements, reporting issues, etcetera;
    Working with all HR stakeholders and business users to ensure the HR data structure (Capture processes and the data itself) are maintained at the highest level of accuracy and consistency;
    Resolve issues of data inaccuracy in a timely and efficient manner by applying a common-sense, pragmatic approach;
    Work with the various HR SME’s, HR Ops and HRBP’s to ensure that the processes for capturing employee data are rigorous and accurate, making recommendations for change when necessary for data integrity and accuracy;
    Partnering with the internal Business Applications team to map and prioritize system enhancements;
    2nd level contact for HRIS inquiries that can’t be solved by the HR team – TBC on this depending on the support model provided by the BA team;
    Organizational structure maintenance;
    Data validation checks and solution coordination;
    Provide training to the wider HR team as and when required;
    Continually look for ways to enhance the system and its functionality;
    Ensuring link and key information on the EC page is kept up to date;
    Support with regular system updates and testing activities.

    We are the HR team who have recently gone from limited systems in some countries and no systems in other countries to a companywide HRIS implementation. This is the first HR group-wide solution Superbet has implemented which is going to underpin our HR activities moving forward.

    Phase one of the project to launch SAP Success Factors is well underway and we require you to be able to continue to grow our ability and be part of the future phases.
