    Responsibilities

    • Delivering customer service through multiple channels including phone, email, ticketing tool
    • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
    • Handling documented cases and document new cases
    • Monitoring issues from start to resolution and documenting new incidents
    • Escalating, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support
    • Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions
    • Monitoring of the mailbox and ticketing tool
