      Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the Project Management of SWP (Strategic Workforce Planning) annual cycle. Plans, directs, supervises and controls the execution of end to end process.
    • Supervise Data collection from all functions / locations (coordinated by local HRBPs) and use statistical/ mathematical methodologies to derive insights with a focus on driving the business performance, investigating, and communicating areas for improving efficiency and productivity
    • Facilitate workshops to gather workforce demand for each talent segment
    • Analyze strategic workforce planning information and advice business owners on the range of resource planning options
    • Define suitable KPIs to measure degree of implementation; ensure tracking & reporting of KPIs
    • Coordinate and engage with various stakeholders, build a communication structure to be applied to all stakeholders , as per process deliverables and timeline
    • Ensure engagement and support from local HRBPs/business owners in order to achieve process milestones
    • Responsible for project/process governance, ensuring framework and global consistency and reporting
    • Conduct presentations and preparation / explanation of templates to business owners/ customers/management/Board
    • Provides Weekly (or as needed) project/progress status report
    • Maintain and develop SWP methodology and tools, identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and drive continuous improvement
    • Client facing role along with being point of contact for project escalations and handling resolution
    Requirements
    •  Project management skills, as well as agile working experience, preferably in a multinational company.
    • Experienced in performance measurement and translating them into actionable corrective measures, if required
    • High level of self-organization and initiative, strong ability to work under pressure
    • Very high analytic skills and solid business judgment
    • Self-motivated and customer-centric working style
    • Well-developed social skills and cross-cultural experience
    • Strong coordination and communication abilities; Fluent in English
    • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (Ms Office suite)
