- Providing guidance to support colleagues navigate professional life’s challenges and opportunities
- Coordinates administrative topics in respect of assigned colleagues, related to MHP relevant internal processes
- Supports assigned colleagues work towards their career goals, as part of the Career Development responsibilities
Person of contact for the PM/SeMa/GDM of the projects the colleagues are involved in

Staffing Manager: active involvement in the Recruiting side for the staffing of incoming requests of consultants
- Identifying staffing requirements based on project needs and current employee skill sets
- Interviewing candidates to determine their qualifications
- Recommending hiring decisions

Engagement Manager: building strong and lasting relationships within the MHP Group and with clients
- Identifying opportunities requests based on client’s needs and his/her own technical experience
- Takes part at client pitches representing the company
- Supports the Sales processes
- Provides support in finding the fitting profiles required
- Assures the Initial Project Intake

Global Delivery Management Tasks: managing the project delivery from GD side and acts as a single point of contact and trusted advisor for the project

- Manage Project Demand & Supply (with EM Management)
- Supports the ECT calculation from GD side
- Project Staffing, Team Set-Up, Onboarding
- Set-Up and alignment with project office, Status Reporting
- Responsible for GD project delivery: scope, quality, time, budget)
- Manages Project Delivery Engagement
