      Your responsibilities

    • You are a servant leader and coach for an Agile Team
    • You educate the team in Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, and SAFe, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed
    • You help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
    • You represent the technical team in the Scrum of Scrum synchronization on the Program Level and facilitate the team’s progress towards their goals
    • You act as a facilitator for a (usually) co-located technical team or teams
    • You ensure process & method (way of working) conformance and facilitate a continuous improvement of the team 
    • You enable the team to self-organize, self-manage, collaborate, and deliver via lean/agile practices
    • You coach the team on problem-solving and conflict-resolution and ensure that the team performs this and shares the outcome in a self-responsible manner
    • You act as interface and guide to the non-agile world (process-related questions) to protect the team
    • You lead and motivate teams based on excellent soft skills and our company values
    Your profile
    • You have an academic degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or similar
    • You have experience with software development processes and development standards for embedded real-time software
    • You have experience in leading software projects and related state of the art methods for project management
    • You have leadership, coaching and project management experience (Scrum/SAFe), ability to organize, to plan and to convince
    • You have high social competence with extraordinary communication skills and ability to network
    • You have conflict resolution and risk management skills
    • You own distinctive conceptual and solution-oriented thinking, and a strong focus on quality
    • You are an outgoing, self-confident personality with team player capabilities
    • You have an autonomous, analytic and structured working style with high degree of initiative
    • Experience in embedded software development and embedded software architectures is a plus
    • Experience with automotive platforms (AUTOSAR) is a plus
    • You are well versed in English, German is a plus
