Job role
In this position you will be responsible of product team specific communications tasks and Workplace Services collaboration and reputation building towards end users, OE SPOCs and other stakeholders. You will work in close collaboration with WPS central communications in weekly touchpoints for sparring, alignment and keeping track of activities.
Responsibilities
- Manages communications activities around key strategic areas of the business to present and maintain a positive image for Allianz in general and Workplace Services in particular
- Develops and contributes to the communication strategy and implements communication strategies with regards to content, tools, channels, timelines, etc.
- Ensures appropriate communication for designated projects and activities in line with the overarching corporate communications strategy
- Prepares, compiles, creates and distributes through different channels communication content, i.e. composing, editing, and producing communications materials for internal target groups including, but not limited to presentations, scripts, intranet articles, newsletters, e-mails etc.
- Actively contributes in the WPS communications community.
- End user communications and dialogue with other internal stakeholders within Allianz on Workplace Services topics.
- Contributes to the planning and implementation of WPS communications actions to improve the collaboration with Allianz employees and WPS customers in Operating Entities.
- In case of incidents, supports the product team by sharing communications expertise and effective incident communications practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Knowledge of communication platforms and channels ; familiarity with Jive (ideal) or content management systems;
- Relevant work experience in corporate environment and in (e.g.) communications, social media, PR, event management etc
Skills
- Great speaking and writing English skills
- Good collaboration skills
- Organization skills e.g. event management skills
- Affinity with different internal communications channels such as O365 tools (e.g. MS Teams), Webex, Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint).
- Interest and some understanding of technical environment and ability to translating technical „language“ into end user messages
- Experience in digital design is a plus, same for visual skills (e.g. Photoshop)
- JIVE / Sharepoint (or other intranet platform) experience
- Capability to identify relevant elements from a complex and technical big picture
