    Requirements

    Deep knowledge of Synopsys SWB/SProcess/SDevice, SI and SiC material properties and physic, MOSFET/JFET power devices.

    Sufficient software engineering skills. Required prior computer programming experience using at least one of following languages: Python, C/C++ or Tcl/Tk. Other highly desirable computer skills include object oriented programming, GIT/ClioSoft or other revision control system.

    The person must have good interpersonal and communication skills and be fluent English speaker to cooperate efficiently in global corporation. The ability to teach and train others is essential. Education should be at the Bachelor or Masters degree level in EE, Physics, Computer Science, or related fields. Greater than 5 years experience in the semiconductor industry is required.

    Responsibilities

    TCAD engineer: support and develop internal automated TCAD simulation system and library of simulation components. Efficiently collaborate with colleagues from BU and central R&D organizations. Provide guidance and support to large internal TCAD users community to resolve challenging issues such as convergency, runtime improvements, efficient resources usage, etc. Facilitate regular interactions with EDA vendors, assist in sanitizing and sharing of the test cases.
