Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, Telecommunications, and Information Technology
Good English skills (reading, speaking, writing)
Good communication skills, being open and able to establish strong relationships with the stakeholders
Pro-active attitude, resolve issues and keep the project on track
Quick-learner, open to gain various knowledge and find new solutions
Ambitious and easily adaptable person, willing to go the extra mile if required
Multi-tasking skills, open to flexible activities’ approach
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Basic semiconductor technology knowledge is a plus
Experience as Project Engineer or Project Manager is a plus

Manage New Product Development projects
Create project plans with measurable objectives, an achievable schedule, minimized risks and budget to align with the business case
Execute the project plans to achieve all deliverables and milestones on time
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that projects complete on schedule and within budget parameters
Resolve problems encountered during the project development by consulting technical experts and aligning resources to remove roadblocks
Provide periodic status reports and presentations to senior management and project stakeholders
Support the Product Engineering activities as required.
