Resilience Expert PSM

At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Protection & Resilience domains (Protective Security / Health & Safety / Business Continuity/ Audit/ Risk ) ideally in the financial / insurance industry

Ability to analyze data and extrapolate relevant information, identify problem root causes and think creatively for solutions

Technical understanding of IT tools

Proficiency with MS Office – especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Fluent English is necessary, knowledge of German or other languages is a plus

Support the delivery of Protective Security Management services provided to clients globally

Support the coordination and communication between PSM and other converging P&R domains (Business Continuity, Global Incident Management, Crisis Management etc.)

Perform GAP analysis, process evaluation, threat identification and provide recommendations for implementation

Prepare Protection & Resilience documentations, reports and analysis (Good Excel and PowerPoint skills required);

Support in the development of Protection & Resilience awareness materials among the OE´s employees and on top level management;

Support the implementation of the controls and process requirements specifics to Protective Security Management;
