    Requirements

    - Experience in a similar position of 3 years or more;
    - Experience in developing a sales network from 0;
    - Strong management skills;
    - Analytical mindset;
    - Experience in creating and maintaining sales reports;
    - Willingness to travel frequently;
    -Advanced level of English;
    - Russian represents an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    - Launch of new shops;
    - Monitoring the implementation of performance targets for the entrusted store (sales turnover, ATV, conversion); - Creation and control of compliance with retail network standards;
    - Keeping sales analytics on the entrusted stores;
    - Control of merchandising in the chain stores;
    - Formation and control of reports;
    - Formation of teams in the entrusted stores;
    - Training of sales personnel in the stores.
