Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d)

• Very good IT skills due to completed vocational training in computer science or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in QA methodologies and good understanding of test principles, approaches and techniques
• Knowledge and understanding of Software Development and Quality assurance process and lifecycle
• Proven experience developing automated tests using automation frameworks (Selenium, Junit, RestEasy or similar)
• Scripting skills in Java or other OOP programming languages
• Knowledge of code versioning systems
• Good knowledge of API testing and familiar with Agile frameworks
• Excellent communication skills
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English is required

• Identify the proper scenarios in accordance with specifications, define and maintain the test cases
• Test newly developed software features and report bugs
• Identify scenarios that can be automated
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure maximum coverage, quality and scalability
• Integrate tests into development flow (CI/CD)
• Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze the results
• Contribute to the continued improvement of QA test strategy and process
• Manage own assignments and schedule
• Operate on a wider range of activities with high level of autonomy
