We are looking for a Call Center Manager for our client.
Education and experience:
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude (CX / customer experience);
- Communication skills, anticipation and team support-oriented attitude;
- Managerial experience of at least 2 years in a similar position;
- Experience in call center activities of at least 2 years;
- Advanced knowledge of English (written / spoken);
- Computer skills and solid knowledge of MS Office.
- Coordination of inbound / outbound contact center projects and teams of agents assigned in management (30 call center agents);
- Coordinating the activity of team leaders (2 team leaders);
- Permanent pursuit of quantitative, qualitative and profitability objectives within the projects and ensuring their fulfillment;
- Identifying and forecasting the exceptional situations within the contact center projects and the ways of treating them;
- Carrying out the maintenance activities of the contact center projects;
- Provides support for answering and handling calls and monitors call flows, call and response time;
- Takes over, analyzes and solves the requests of the clients / patients that exceed the area of competence of the operator, but also the difficult clients;
- Measures and reports specific performance indicators for office activity.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 18.00
