    - Proven experience for email marketing (+1y).
    - English high professional level – a must.
    - Good email technical skills (HTML or editor).
    - Ability to collaborate and communicate well with team members and stakeholders.
    - Data-driven, analytical thinking, teste for tracking performance.
    - Very organized and well-structured individual (attention to details is a must);
    - Previous experience in analyzing data and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
    - Passionate about email best practices, deliverability, and user experience.
    - A motivated team player, good interpersonal skills.
    - Familiarity with email platforms – Silverpop, Sendgrid, MailChimp, Dotmailer – an advantage.
    - Online trading/gaming experience – an advantage.


    - Be responsible for 1 or more of company’s brands, planning and implementing one off and automated customer journeys, seeking to maximize campaigns performance.
    - Work closely with content writers, designers, product, and sales departments to build campaign strategies and execute them accordingly.
    - Execution of the monthly comms plan.
    - Ensure design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly;
    - Define the technical and creative requirements for marketing campaigns, then set up the campaign logic on multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, pop-ups).
    - Measure results and optimize the campaign workflows to increase the overall productivity of sends.
    - Increase campaign effectiveness through customer data base segmentation (on demographics, campaign behavior, historical activity), content personalization and advanced features.
    - Work to grow the subscription-based channels, minimize list decay and unsubscribes rates.
