-University degree in Technical field
-Internship in technical area or technical trainings are a plus
-Ability to translate theory into practice
-Open-minded – Willing to embrace change
-Logical and full cycle thinking
-Excellent communication skills
-English: advanced knowledge

- PC literate

-Develop testers from all aspects including electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, automation, platform, software, ergonomics, safety and serviceability.
-Coordinate test development projects with test equipment suppliers.
-Prepare manufacturing test specifications, test procedures, and test strategies.
-Maintain relation with customer technical team.
-Support testers from all aspects including electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical automation, platform, software, ergonomics, safety, and serviceability.
-Collect and review test/yield data to continuously improve test processes, test coverage, and fault isolation algorithms,
-Define and implement continuous improvement actions on testers.
