Your profile:
• Successfully completed studies, for example business administration combined with technical background;

• Profound professional experience (4 – 6 years) in

purchasing activities (preferably in the automotive industry or relevant industry consider type of components)

• Sound understanding of die-casting and / or stamp-bending process and related product cost structure

• Experienced with negotiations and contract management of international suppliers;

• Demonstrate high personal motivation and the ability to develop practical or innovative alternative approaches to meet objectives;

• Strong skills in communication with internal stakeholders, across the organizational hierarchy;

• Excellent presentation skills;

• Fluent English and German language skills written and spoken, French language nice to have;

• Advanced User in SAP SRM and MS Office;

• Willingness to travel internationally.

Your responsibilities:

• Define and implement category / sub-category strategy;

• Define a preferred supplier base by reducing the number of suppliers and bundle business accordingly;

• Execute Sourcing activities on a European level, lead

supplier negotiations and implement potentials according to SM saving and cost avoidance targets;

• Ensure a smooth and transparent contract management;

• Global alignment with Yazaki North America (YNA);

• Frequent reporting of supply management related tasks by conducting regular project review and roadmap meetings;

• Systematically contribute to the overall achievement of all assigned indirect purchasing KPI's such as cost saving status;

• Define and prioritize key projects and translate them into objectives/action plans and drive execution to deliver required business results:

• Validate cost savings with relevant actors and support local purchasing to turn the identified cost savings opportunities into real saving.
