Job Description

Your valuable contribution to something big :

• You are involved in the improvement processes for Printing and Reflow to increase the quality and the equipment utilization;
• You offer support in Point - CIP's (Continuous Improvement Processes);
• You are responsible to craft the work instructions for the operators;
• Experience in Surface Mounting Technology (Printing & Reflow + Placement) is needed to fulfill the technical background for this lines;
• You have a quality mindset in this position is necessary because we are a rework-free factory;
• You are a teammate and a mentor for training our junior colleagues;
• You are responsible to prepare and coordinate the process releases;
• You are responsible to create programs for the new products in our plant.

Qualifications

Personality:

• You are well organized, focused and able to meet strict deadlines ;
• Your mindset is based on improvement and growth ;
• You bring positive attitude ;
• You have passion in your blood.

Education: 

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in technical field.

Experience and Skills:

• You are team-oriented, team player;
• Confident usage of MS Office;
• Minimum 1 year into a similar position;
• Reflow and printing experience;
• Good communication skills.

Languages:

• English – a good level mandatory.
