    Job role

    As part of the Financial Planning& Analysis Cluster, the Project Finance Excellence Manager will contribute together with customer to drive the implementation of a Finance Excellence Center, having the following responsibilities:  

    Responsibilities

    • Manage project development from initiation to closure in partnership with customer;
    • Contribute together with the project sponsor and customer to the project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, responsibilities, budget and timing
    • Ensure Delivery Team status reporting compared with project plan, including quarterly current business meeting;
    • Determine how results will be measured and prepare a post-project evaluation to analyze how results were achieved;
    • Lead, coach and motivate project team members;
    • Prepare documentation and manage effective communication with stakeholders
    • Facilitate and moderate meetings, between sponsors, development teams, project management and controlling, etc.
    • Provide relevant input for regular monthly controlling tasks (such as reporting,  analysis,  project status)
    • Prepare financial reports and presentations for the management team and Headquarter in Munich
    Requirements
    • University Degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics or Finance)
    • Relevant work experience in Project Management  Finance, Controlling or Consulting (more than 3 years)
    • Fluent in English is a must
    • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Self-starter and autonomous work attitude
    • Agile certification is a plus
