    Cerinte

    We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will handle and coordinate all HR related activities for a company of approx. 65 employees.
    The HRBP reports to CEO, is part of the management team and supervises the activity of an HR Assistant.

    Requirements:
    - At least 4 years’ hands-on experience with all HR related areas
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    - Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
    - Ability to understand and balance people needs with business strategies
    - Patience, resilience and positive attitude
    - Focused on results and smooth conflict resolution skills
    - Ownership and responsibility
    - Very good knowledge of labour law and experience in handling payroll verification
    - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    - Experience in working with CRMs and ERPs

    Responsabilitati

    Main responsibilities:

    Strategic role:
    - Plan and follow the annual HR budget (accompanied by the CFO)
    - Analyze and observe team needs (individual and collective) and propose viable solutions for supporting the people and the business
    - Actively contribute to the team structure annual strategy
    - Periodically report to CEO on status of HR related projects and team dynamics

    Operational:
    - Recruitment and selection of new team members – align the recruitment strategy with business needs and budget and handle end-to-end selection process, supported by the HR Assistant
    - Onboarding and Induction – handle the HR induction and make sure the induction sessions with senior colleagues are properly organized
    - Employee administration – oversee the process (employment, contract modifications, exit documents) and be main point of contact for the external provider
    - Job descriptions and internal processes – update job descriptions based on each position’s responsibilities set by management
    - Payroll – send input to external provider, check payroll files and upload in the internal platform
    - Benefits – main point of contact for benefits providers
    - Performance evaluation – as owner of the evaluation process, monitor that yearly evaluations take place and participate to evaluation feedback sessions
    - Training – create the training plan according to each individual’s needs and managers’ input, find appropriate development programs and organize the trainings with external providers
    - Work groups – organize periodical discussions between colleagues from various departments on finding solutions for specific team challenges (brainstorming and actions to be taken)
    - Health and safety – be the internal H&S responsible and main point of contact for the external H&S provider
    - Procedures – responsible for updating internal procedures based on the information provided by the rest of the team
