    We would be happy to have you as colleague if you have:
    Previous work experience in personnel administration and payroll services is a highly appreciated (between 6 months and 1.5 years);
    Previous experience in end-to-end payroll processing in consultancy companies is highly desired,
    Strong knowledge of labour legislation, work legislation and salary calculation;( True HR & DP Payroll applications);
    Problem solver and communicative person;
    Organizing, planning and analytical skills;
    Prioritization and multitasking skills, quick learner, easy to adapt, autonomous;
    English – conversational level;
    MS Excel – advanced.

    Responsabilitati

    Prepares employment contracts, addendums, various certificates, documents needed for termination of employment contracts;
    Performs salary calculation, preparing, checking the timesheets (holidays, sick leaves, bonuses, benefits, etc.) according to the legislation;
    Recording employee personal data into the databases;
    Provides employee counselling with the support of internal front office teams, indirectly; Manages the relationship with HR Consultants from all Manpower Branches;
    Prepares various activity-specific reports for the company's management, as well as for other state institutions (the Institute of Statistics, etc.).
