We are currently looking for experienced colleagues with Salesforce development skills for our end customers.

The business customer division of our client (from telecommunication sector) plans to further expand the solution for business customer sales, which was developed based on the cloud platform Salesforce.
The use of Salesforce promises a high potential for increasing structure and efficiency, especially through the cross-channel implementation of sales and service processes, the integration of mobile devices for field sales and stationary trade, market-leading tools for digital marketing as well as the possibility to implement adaptations and development of applications in an agile manner.
After all business customer sales segments use the application from June 2022, the priority is now to also integrate the sales support units directly (SBU) or via a ZDF integration (SSE) so that there is no longer an interface to CRM Sales.
The services range from the development and maintenance of the requirements backlog to the conception and implementation of the functional requirements and technical interfaces as well as the support of the various test phases to the implementation support.

Working in an Agile Methodology Project for a German client using Scrum
Program Implementation in a 3-month cycle
Salesforce development on Sales and Service Modules
Case Management and Configuration
Multinational teams with high-level expertise

What you are good at & what you’ll need to win:

Advanced English skills and German language skills
At least one year Salesforce.com development know how
Visualforce and Lightning development know how
Knowledge and experience with Lightning Migration, Apex, Rest APIs, Platform Events, Postman
Automation experience testing using Selenium
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Very eager to learn and use new technical features and functionalities of Salesforce
