    Cerinte

    - Bachelor’s degree required.
    - 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or a Talent Acquisition Partner.
    - Excellent English verbal & written communication skills.
    - Strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring best practices; Strong knowledge of recruitment & hiring compliance locally.
    - Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
    - Strong desire to work with a team and to collaborate on our growth.
    - Detail-oriented, analytical, inquisitive, and problem-solving in nature.
    - Proven ability to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and make a contribution quickly.
    - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Responsabilitati

    - Own, manage and drive full life-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to offer acceptance & pre-onboarding; Assist in developing selection and interview process for new roles.
    - Cultivate, develop and maintain strong partnerships with the business, candidates, and supporting team members.
    - Manage hiring manager and business expectations using market expertise, data and business acumen to educate and influence.
    - Communicate, advise and report on sourcing and recruiting strategies as well as key market trends.
    - Review, screen, and interview candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
    - Proactively build pipeline for multiple teams across many roles.
    - Assess active and passive candidates to ensure a strong conversion rate throughout the hiring funnel
    - Manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to regularly track pipeline and priorities.
    - Manage an exceptional candidate experience journey; Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
    - Advise and assist hiring teams with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
    - Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to reach a diverse talent pool.
    - Schedule phone, onsite and video interviews with hiring teams and candidates; Work with hiring teams to coordinate logistics for on-site/video interviews.
    - Support various steps of the candidate onboarding process including the Background Check stage.
