    Responsabilitati

    • Be accountable for checking the level of quality of CRQs (documentation)
    • Support Change owners during the preparation of changes
    • Support the change owner to verify the impact of the changes to the operated services within Vodafone
    • Ensure that all change requests are properly evaluated and authorised by the relevant parties
    • Recommend and execute improvement actions
    • Be accountable for process compliance within the scope of change management
    • Generate regular reports on Change Mgmt performance
    • Keep a high level of communication with VNO Change Management Stakeholders
    • Responsible of the awareness of the Change Management Process and rules across all the Change Requesters
