HR Business Partner with german - Cluj Napoca

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

What we expect:

• Minimum of 1 year experience acting as a professional recruiter fully responsible for driving recruitment processes independently.
• Experience recruiting in an international market (focus on Europe).
• Fluency in German.
• University degree (HR, Business Management or other)
• Very good interpersonal abilities, high energy, outgoing, positive and confidence;
• Able to work with multi-projects opened at the same time;
• Proactive attitude, proposing new approaches in order to reach the goals;

Responsabilities:

• Partnering with the Business Leaders and HR Business Partners within Europe, you will manage the recruitment process from approval to the offer stage.
• Together with the Talent Sourcer, you will develop creative strategies to identify the best talent and deliver recruitment services for senior level roles at European level.
• Being a true sparring partner, you will provide high levels of customer service to your hiring managers and candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates
