    Cerinte

    Good Procurement domain knowledge- 2/3 years experiences;
    Bachelor’s Degree in any stream;
    Fluent in written and spoken English;
    French speaking skills would be an advantage
    Experience using Procurement systems (preferable Ariba, SAP, Oracle, SRM) and ticketing tools;
    Excellent customer service/communication skills;
    Highly Quality focused with excellent attention to details;
    Analytical thinking;
    Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
    Ability to keep tight deadlines, planning and organizing capacity.


    Responsabilitati

    Ensures all incoming Procurement Services requests: PR to PO / Helpdesk queries / Chats are responded/treated on a day-to-day basis within the agreed SLA and accuracy;
    Meeting SLAs, Dashboard Reports, Escalation process;
    Methodical with a process orientated approach to work;
    Propose improvement initiatives - initiate quality improvement projects;
    Monitor Helpdesk Chatbots performance on a daily basis; run various reports; participate in meetings related to robotic process automation and propose improvement ideas for efficiency increase;
    Perform problem analysis, including root cause analysis for escalations;
    Create different reports for Business / internal purpose; prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports;
    Provide support to the various end users & managers;
    Ensure adherence to process essentials and compliance to customer requirements;
    Provide training to new joiners.
