Customer Support Representative

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Advanced English speaker (B2)
- You are a proactive, detail-oriented, communicative person
- You possess strong problem-solving skills and are able to manage potential customer frustration with patience and empathy
- You are a team-player
- Easily adaptable to changes in products, process and technology
- You live in Cluj-Napoca and are able to work from office, both in shifts and sometimes on weekends

- Respond and solve consumer queries by phone, e-mail and chat
- Ensure that you understand customer’s needs in order to come up with the most suitable and satisfying solution
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service support in English language in order to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accuracy and security of customer information in the database
