What do we want from you?

· To be passionate in helping others to become better at what they do;
· At least 1 year experience in successfully changing other’s behaviors via F2F and online training solutions ;
· To have very good organizational and time management skills;
· To have very good communication skills in English.

What you’ll do as Junior Technical Training Specialist?

· Develop/ update Induction/Products/Processes/Systems video trainings and tutorials;
· Administer our e-learning training platform – Next Gen Learning Space;
· Participate in designing and delivering F2F and online soft skills learning solutions (sales, communication, presentation, leadership);
· Monitor training effectiveness and measure behavioral changes as a result of the training programs;
· Organize trainings logistics and prepare reports.
