    Responsabilitati

    Helps in production planning around preventive maintenance planning schedule, so that production and maintenance can be performed in the most effective way.
    • Responsible for Cost Control, proper Asset Utilization, Spare part control, Environment- health & safety control and formulating SAFE policy regarding M&AM(SAFE)
    • Creates Maintenance plan, Schedule it and execute maintenance activities under different Corrective and Preventive activities.
    • Brings knowledge and experience and gives guidance to the working groups co- develop, innovate and improve maintenance tools and processes for optimizing the long term.
    • Ensure that production progress is guaranteed at the agreed level within process and machine performance. If necessary, support and manage groups within escalation / CAPA
    • Keeps the requirements of content up to date and initiates preparation of missing rules through amendments, among others.
    • Ensure standard performance reporting periodically and review to management team (internally) and/or to customer (externally).
    • Is responsible for proper implementation of new products and processes. In the preliminary phase including through transfer of technical aspects in the implementation phase by creating the organizational conditions.
    • Contributes to team at startup in production through technical support and guidance, so that the production process is improved.
    Carrying out, on the basis of technical knowledge and practical insights, structural improvements and remedying the most complex failures.
    • Performs, as a specialized worker, assignments that require consultation of specialists to get a clear view on WHAT has to be delivered and that require analysis of the available data in order to decide HOW to best carry out the assignment.
