You have a minimum level of Upper Intermediate German & English skills
Able to work in a dynamic environment

Receives and logs business customer requests via calls, emails, chat, online platform and ensures proper documentation of the request
Processes transactions for relevant business processes in various systems and tracking tools
Provides client support through issue resolution, perform escalations (. billing queries not resolved, order not progressing, etc.)
Communicate with the client via calls to clarify the issue, set expectations and validate resolution of the issue
Become an expert in Telecom & Networking industry by developing and maintaining product & service knowledge
Develop business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job training and classroom training
Interact with business entities from various European countries
