    Sa cunosti piata de produse turistice si sa ai experienta de minim 3 sau 6 luni in domeniu;
    Sa ai abilitati foarte bune de comunicare si negociere;
    Sa fii o persoana ordonata, organizata si punctuala;
    Sa ai cunostinte de operare Microsoft Office;
    Experienta de lucru in sistemele specifice industriei turistice este considerata un avantaj.

    Responsabilitati

    Ce vei face tu?

    Vei intocmi pachete de vacanta persoanlizate, care sa se potriveasca nevoilor clientului;
    Vei rezerva si emite bilete de avion (IATA si low-cost), autocar, cazari, asigurari medicale, servicii de rent a car, etc.;
    Vei prelua cererile de oferta alocate sau primite spontan si vei mentine legatura cu potentialii clienti pe intreaga derulare a procesului de vanzare - prelucrare, rezervare, emitere, facturare, incasare, emitere documente de calatorie;
    Vei desfasura activitati de contabilitate primara - intocmire si completare a registrului de casa, in sistemul electronic;
    Vei respecta procedurile de lucru specifice activitatii desfasurate - semnarea contractelor cu turistii, procedurile contabile, precum si alte proceduri agreate si implementate in companie.
