    We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our growing EMEA Talent Acquisition team to support the internal team of Recruitment Partners in Bucharest.

    This role will be working within a collaborative, high performing team, you will ensure the delivery of a proactive and high quality service to the business including:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support regarding recruitment to various stakeholders in recruiting and HR ensuring the teams are up to date with all activities in a timely manner.
    • New hire processing - Conduct and co-ordinate some of the employee onboarding activities ensuring addressing new hires queries regarding their documentation and process.
    • Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, supporting in answering queries from both internal and external customers.
    • Work in Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidates, hands-on experience.
    • Communicate timing and expectations clearly with candidates ensuring an excellent candidate experience at all points during the recruitment process.
    • Supplier & Invoice management - onboarding suppliers; generating Purchase Order requests; processing invoices; ensuring all charges are billed appropriately.
    • Ensuring various reporting trackers are up to date.
    • Monitoring processes and suggesting improvements where necessary. Being part of a continuous improvement culture in which you would offer opinions and ideas on existing improvements to processes in place.
    • Supporting with any ad-hoc administrative tasks that would assist ongoing projects.
    • General ad-hoc team co-ordination.
    • Work within an international environment supporting various stakeholders globally.
    • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.

    Candidate Experience:

    • Previous recruitment / HR Co-ordination / Administration experience.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to liaise with stakeholders and candidates at all levels effectively.
    • Approaches workload proactively and works well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced environment.
    • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task/prioritise workload.
    • A good team player with a positive attitude.
    • An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
