Marketing Specialist - Style - Bucuresti

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team, where you will be given support from our experienced, people-focused  Sales Managers to begin a successful career as an Sales Representative.

Requirements:

• Higher/Master's degree in marketing, management, consumer types;
• Knowledge of an international language (preferably English) at an advanced level;
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer;
• Very good analytical skills and good knowledge of P&L management;
• Very good project management skills;
• Technical skills in defining brand strategy based on insights about category, partners, consumers and end customers.
• Helps develop, implement and monitor marketing plans across different communication channels.
• Helps plan and execute promotional campaigns, press releases, and presentations.

• Establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing wholesale partners to support them with trade marketing activations;
• Works with the creative team to develop graphic designs and promotional materials;
• Cooperates with external suppliers, including PR and media agencies;
• Investigates the performance of marketing activities and present reports and recommendations;
• Engages in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship;
• Supports team leaders and managers in the day-to-day operative and ad-hoc tasks;
• Estimates the annual budget of wholesale partners and DTC business;
• Creates annual purchase budget;
• Implements sales plans and KPI goals;
• Develops pricing policy.
