    Veeam is seeking a results-driven web project manager to support the continuous optimization of our company's corporate websites. This role will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of a project, working collaboratively with the Digital Experience/Web Team and other key stakeholders such as, Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, Creative and IT.


    • Optimize the journey for our key personas
    • Leverage user analytics and user testing to:
      • identify points of friction and areas for optimization
      • ensure journey, pages, content and features are having the desired impact
    • Initiate, lead and implement enhancements and improvements of Veeam's websites
    • Initiate, lead and participate in an initial kick-off call to brainstorm, review and discuss the requested or suggested web enhancements
    • Develop project documentation (project plans, project requirements, project roadmap) and keep it up to date with changes and adjustments that occurred during project execution
    • Identify dependencies and potential risks and act proactively to recommend solutions
    • Collaborate with teams whose involvement is required depending on a project's type and its scope (Web Production, CIS, Product Marketing, SEO, Web Analytics, Creative team, etc.)
    • Track project tasks in task management system (Jira)
    • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
    • Analyze project performance by tracking results and suggest improvements
    • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and measure success
    • Stay current on new technologies, best practices, and trends in the digital sphere
    • Seek opportunities for enhancements/improvement and suggest new projects
    • Communication to clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results
    • Analyze results, identify insights and present them in a compelling way that promotes consensus, collaboration and action at all levels of the organization


    • 3+ years of experience in global website management/digital experience (high-tech with IT audience preferred)
    • Passionate about the web user experience
    • Solid understanding of website goals and objectives from a digital marketing perspective
    • Good knowledge of the capabilities and potential of modern web technologies
    • Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies and web design
    • Understanding of SEO strategies and tactics
    • Proven ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative; GA, Data Studio, Crazy Egg, User Testing, etc.
