    Philip Morris Trading SRL, based in Bucharest, is responsible for the sale and merchandizing of PMI brands throughout the country. We have a dynamic brand portfolio that includes top international brands such as IQOS, Marlboro, Chesterfield, L&M and Virginia Slims. Philip Morris Trading SRL was established in 1997 and today employs more than 250 people in its head office and regional sales offices.

    Philip Morris Romania SRL is our manufacturing factory based in Otopeni and employs more than 1000 people. The factory has recently received a 490 million euro investment in becoming a new tobacco products – HEETS for the IQOS tobacco heating system. The factory serves the international demand of countries as Japan, but also EU countries where IQOS is sold.

    Requirements

    - A proven track record in digital & web analytics;
    - Experience in using data analysis and presentation tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Trends, Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel, and Power Point;
    - Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital data analysis, ideally within the FMCG industry for companies with both online (ecomm) and physical stores;
    - Solid knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.);
    - An innovative way of looking at data;
    - Basic understanding of full stack web-development principles (front-end & back-end concepts);
    - Strong interest in data analysis and squeezing out insights from data;
    - Ability to conclude information from data sets and present it to various audiences, from subject matter experts to management;
    - High goal orientation, capable of holding him/herself accountable for reaching those goals
    - A team player attitude with the confidence and desire to take the lead and guide colleagues when the occasion arises;
    - A problem solving approach, with solid communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and presentation skills;
    - Business fluency in English.

    Responsibilities

    About the role

    Your primary responsibilities will be to synthesize raw analytics data resulted from our digital and ecommerce projects into clear and actionable business initiatives and online insights, to help drive continuous improvement for our online consumer experience, drive desired consumer behaviours, and improve the overall digital experience.

    The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of analytics tools, with special emphasis on Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets/Excel, and Power Point. You will leverage these tools and your experience in data analysis to conduct both planned and ad hoc analyses, prepare dashboards and forecasts, communicate and present insights to a variety of audiences.

    Your ‘day to day’, you will be:

    - Conducting analytics assessments to understand current performance and thus establish a baseline, uncover and quantify opportunities for digital experience & efficiency improvement and create audience intelligence;
    - Working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in order to influence marketing actions & initiatives through data analytics;
    - Creating, recommending, and executing relevant measurement strategies and plans based on consumer-centric business goals;
    - Gaining a clear understanding of the overarching digital and ecommerce strategy and expectations on all pillars of the consumer journey, in order to make an impact through analytics and data analysis;
    - Establishing and following KPIs that demonstrate a connection to real business impact and brand strategic initiatives;
    - Creating, dissecting and reviewing dashboard reports/suites for various levels of review by the organization and management;
    - Contributing to A/B tests and personalization initiatives through research, ideas, strategies, and methodology execution/plans while collaborating with other stakeholders/departments;
    - Bringing your own personal touch and style to the table 😊
