Skills that make your work successful:
-Bachelor or master’s degree;
-You are fluent French (C1) and English;
-At least 3 years working experience in recruitment;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
-Team player;
-Solid client management skills;
-Solid sourcing and interview skills;
-Good understanding of the local external marketplace and trends;
-Support our hiring managers by building high-performance teams and partnering wherever needed;
-Create robust pipelines while making each candidate feel like they're the only one you're talking to;
-Develop relationships across multiple teams; Work with the Talent Sourcing Lead to understand short- and long-term
-Talent Sourcing objectives and hiring; forecasts; creating and implementing short- and long-term tactical sourcing plans;
-Roadmap strategic Sourcing Channels to deliver the best results across quality and quantity of hires; developing hiring; and candidate sourcing approaches in conjunction with the Recruiters and Accenture Hiring Managers;
-Act as a Talent Sourcing subject matter expert and champion within Accenture Operations;
-Attract, approach and engage candidates to build suitable talent pipelines for both short and long terms and at the same time, you will build strong internal or external relationships with all key stakeholders; Add value and share best practices with the Recruiter teams and Accenture business.

If you are passionate about making an impact in business by getting the best talent on board, you have innovative ideas about how and where to find the right people by applying innovative practices in the market, then you could be the Talent Seeker that Accenture is looking for.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Seeker (at least 1 year of previous work experience in the recruiting area), who is going to be responsible for setting up and delivering the selection process from A to Z, collaborating with the local hiring managers and other recruiting partners. You will be continuously looking for new recruiting trends and developments in the Automotive market.

Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:
-Plan, design, manage and measure the success of global recruiting projects and build a collaborative relationship with each Recruiting leads
-Work with the Resource Leads to understand short- and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts
-Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate channel mix strategies
- Act as the expert for hiring and partner with local recruitment teams to identify key challenges and work towards implementable solution
-Engage with HR and Business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives
-Work with Marketing and Communications team on external branding
